Peter is the team leader at PJ Walter and brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the advertising, marketing and digital media business. As an agency principal for two decades here in the United States, Europe and Asia, Loehfelm & Partners International ( offices in Seattle, Los Angeles, Vancouver and Hong Kong). Peter managed the strategic efforts of companies who sought to tell their stories globally. PJ Walter Digital Media Group — based in Seattle and New York — enjoys a longstanding relationship with both clients and agencies in taking their stories to the street in a relevant and compelling way.

Peter has always believed strongly that there is a connection between sound business decisions and engaging storytelling. That is why he often describes his company as located at “the corner of art and commerce”. It is this belief in the power of story that has been leveraged to assist companies and their brands throughout the world connect in a relevant and memorable way with their audience.
Erik has worked in the design field since 1988 when he began his career as a designer with a small type and image-setting company. This allowed him to hone the craft of design and art direction in the print-based world. Then, in the late 1990s, as the web evolved to become a viable marketing tool, Erik’s talents kept pace with this new medium. Today, he understands the need to balance both technological prowess and back-end effectiveness with simple artistry the consumer sees and experiences. Erik is also proficient with the intricacies of digital print production and knows the ins and outs of file conversions and file compatibility.
In addition to being an integral member of the PJ Walter team for over ten years, he also works as a lead designer and art direction resource for a golf marketing firm (a relationship he’s had for more than 11 years). This has allowed him to expand his knowledge base in the areas of sports products, PGA tours & events, public & private clubs.
Erik has extensive knowledge working with various software programs related to both web, print and collateral development and is as comfortable developing a full-page print advertisement as he is developing a 40-page web site. His impressive talents and skill set make him a wonderful addition to the PJ Walter team.
Brett has 20 years of experience in the advertising and branding industries. He’s worked to help build many well-know brands including: Garden Botanika, Safeco, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Nintendo, Washington Mutual, United Health Care, Toshiba Computers, Diadora, The Annenberg Foundation, Symetra, Schnitzer Northwest, Vulcan, Inc., Getty Images, Sun Microsystems, KeyBank, Tourism Walla Walla, The Seattle Foundation, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (Denmark), F5 Networks, Precor Fitness Equipment, Microsoft and Medtronic.
Prior to heading out on his own back in February of 1997, Brett worked at various ad agencies where he served as Associate Creative Director at Foote Cone & Belding (BP&N) in Seattle and before that as Senior Copywriter at Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis. Other ad agencies on his resume include the Seattle offices of DDB-Needham and McCann-Erickson.
Brett has been a partner on the PJ Walter team since 2001 and today he leverages his short attention span by delivering a wide range of marketing-related materials. He’s comfortable working in various forms of media including radio, television, sales videos, print, web, direct mail, naming and various forms of collateral including brochures, sales materials, point-of-purchase and more.
Brad has a proven record of solving critical business, marketing, branding, & communications challenges. He has made demonstrable and significant impact on his clients’ revenues and profits. He combines strategic rigor and discipline with creative business-building ideation and works in a collaborative and adaptive style.
He has helped brands large and small, in leadership as well as in challenger positions, including Jaguar, Bank of America, DirecTV, Visa, RGP Consulting, Paramount Studios, Mammoth Mountain, Oracle, Symantec, KFC, Metabolife, Neutrogena SkinID, Bolthouse Farms, Lennar Homes, Chevron, WaveJet, and American Lung Association. He has helped his clients achieve category leadership, increase sales and share, revitalize brands, capture new markets and launch new products. His efforts have been awarded several EFFIEs for campaign results and Clios and Beldings for exceptional creativity.
Brad has held leadership positions at some of the largest, most respected agencies in the world, including J. Walter Thompson (President) and Ogilvy & Mather (Managing Partner). He has led business development efforts resulting in more than $1B in new business.
He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from the University of Colorado. He has served on numerous boards, is an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business, and is a guest lecturer at universities and judge at business plan competitions.
